Candidates should possess strong skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching to create structured, engaging, and age-appropriate classroom activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Education and Training skills, including knowledge of early childhood development and use of effective instructional methods.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues in a clear, respectful, and collaborative manner.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience working with kindergarten or preschool-age children in a classroom setting is highly beneficial.
- Ability to maintain a safe, caring, and inclusive environment and to manage classroom behavior in a positive, constructive way.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
