Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine optimization (SEO) and a proven ability to implement effective strategies that drive organic traffic and improve website rankings.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Basic understanding of Semantic SEO and how to structure content around entities and topics instead of just keywords.
2. Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) optimizing content to appear in Googles AI-generated answers and voice search results.
3. Awareness of Zero-Click Searches and experience in crafting content that can appear in featured snippets, knowledge panels, or People Also Ask sections.
4. Working knowledge of Schema Markup / Structured Data, and how to implement basic schema types (FAQ, Article, Product, etc.) using tools like Googles Structured Data Markup Helper or plugins.
5. Exposure to Googles Search Generative Experience (SGE) or an understanding of how AI is changing search behaviour.
6. Ability to use SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog to identify optimization opportunities.
7. Understanding of user intent mapping and content structuring techniques (e.g., content clusters, pillar pages).
8. Identify relevant search terms and emerging trends for the client's business to target high-value traffic.
9. Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Track and report on KPIs to measure and communicate the success of SEO initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, including technical and on-page optimization.
Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in content creation and a keen understanding of user intent and search behavior.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic coding principles is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
