Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the procurement team in sourcing materials, vendor coordination and purchase order processing.
- Assist in vendor identification and evaluation, maintain purchase records, track deliveries and ensure timely availability of materials as per production or operational requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order follow-ups, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process orders in ERP/ system.
- Compare quotations and assist in vendor evaluation and selection.
- Track material deliveries and ensure timely availability for production.
- Maintain purchase records, documentation, and supplier databases.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Accounts departments for procurement activities.
- Follow up for pending materials and resolve supply-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and procedures.
- Undertake Tooling work by studying the Engineering Drawings.
Experience Required: 0-1 Year, Freshers may also apply.
Education: BE/ BTech Mechanical or Production Engineering.
Location: Vasai- Virar (Company Bus Service is available from Vasai/ Virar Railway station to Factory)
