Job Summary
Hydrotech Paryavaran India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Civil Engineer to manage and supervise civil construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, adherence to project specifications, efficient resource utilization, and timely completion of civil works related to water and wastewater treatment infrastructure projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQs, project specifications, and engineering standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure project milestones are achieved within scheduled timelines.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Verify construction activities comply with approved methodologies and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable construction codes, statutory regulations, and environmental requirements.
- Maintain quality records and support project audits when required.
Resource & Vendor Management
- Monitor labor productivity and workforce deployment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
- Ensure optimum utilization of construction materials and resources.
- Verify quantities and measurements for billing and project documentation purposes.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain site records, work schedules, inspection reports, and material consumption reports.
- Support project billing, measurement verification, and client documentation requirements.
- Assist in preparing project completion and handover documentation.
Technical Coordination
- Review structural, architectural, and engineering drawings.
- Identify site challenges and implement practical engineering solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and maintain project schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Diploma/B.Tech) in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site execution.
- Experience in Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), or related infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, civil engineering practices, and site management.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and quantity verification.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
