A. Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the patient registration process for OPD, IPD, and Health Check-up packages.
- Manage patient admission procedures and prepare the admission file accurately.
- Generate OPD bills for consultations, investigations, health check-ups, etc.
- Prepare interim and final bills for admitted patients.
- Receive and record payments through cash, card, cheque, and ensure timely daily settlements.
- Handover daily cash and cheque collections to the Accounts/Billing department.
- Perform daily settlement and batch closing of credit card machine transactions.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff regarding investigations, admissions, billing, and patient needs.
- Communicate with patients and relatives regarding outstanding bills and billing queries.
- Maintain patient records, especially for Health Check-up patients, and coordinate with respective consultants.
- Maintain department stationery and raise requisitions as needed.
- Issue visitor passes to patient relatives as per protocol.
- Collect and document patient feedback in the morning and at discharge, and report the same to HOD and CMS.
- Prepare and submit the night hospital report (for night shift staff).
- Activate emergency codes as per hospital protocol when necessary.
- Post daily patient services and keep accurate billing records.
- Follow up with patients for outstanding payments and reminders.
- Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the management to support the overall functioning of the Billing Department.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
