Responsibilities:
- Handle CRM activities and maintain accurate customer records and data
- Communicate with clients professionally through calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve engagement and retention
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling and issue resolution
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and provide timely solutions
- Maintain regular updates, reports, and CRM data entries
- Ensure excellent verbal and written communication with clients
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams for lead tracking and customer management
- Candidates should have good English communication skills and relevant CRM experience
- Must be comfortable working from the Chandigarh office location
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
