Responsibilities
- On-site complaint handling
- Battery testing & replacement
- EV validation
- Customer coordination
- Site visit reporting
- Spare management
- Travel across assigned region
- Maintain complaint closure TAT
- Achieve FVR ≥ 80% & high CSAT
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Automobile or related field
- Customer handling skills
- Two-wheeler & valid license mandatory
- Willing to travel
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
