We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to build, lead, and manage our sales team across Chhattisgarh.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
- Build and maintain a team of at least 20 active Sales Executives.
- Assign daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Generate new business opportunities for Software, Websites, ERP, Mobile Apps, and IT Services.
- Visit clients whenever required to support the sales team.
- Ensure monthly business targets are achieved.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding team performance and business growth.
- Maintain high employee retention and productivity.
Requirements
- MBA (Marketing), BBA, or Graduate with strong sales leadership experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Team Management or Business Development.
- Experience in recruiting and managing field sales teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Willing to travel across Chhattisgarh.
- Experience in IT, Software, SaaS, or Website Sales will be preferred.
