ManipalTRUtest Diagnostics is hiring an Assistant Manager – Human Resources for our Hyderabad (New Bowenpally) location.

Experience: Relevant Diagnostics/Hospital HR experience preferred
Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with relevant experience in Diagnostics or Hospital industry are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle HR activities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Payroll Management – Coordinating and managing monthly payroll processes.
- Background Verification (BGV) – Handling employee background verification activities.
- Employee documentation and HR operational support.
- Coordination with employees and management on day-to-day HR matters.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
