Role & responsibilities
- Daily reporting to CEO regarding the company processes.
- Having a smooth coordination within the department.
- Making new company policies and ensuring compliance.
- Upgrading business functionality by aligning the business objectives.
- Handling projects and making product innovation.
- Evaluating costs and maintaining profit margins.
- Increasing productivity levels by implementing improved procedures.
- Analyzing operational data and maintaining product inventory.
- Monitoring whether the policies and procedures are followed throughout the company.
- Overlooking HR departments policies and performance review.
- Evaluation of task, feedback and documentation about an employee's performance through a defined time period, and can provide clear communication of job expectations and goals.
- Organizational harmony ,conscious management and can be a key factor in an organization's success
- Making sure that the relationship with the client, suppliers, and vendors stays positive.
- Hiring candidates as per company needs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- MS office knowledge (v look up, pivot table etc) must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
