Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from any discipline (Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome).
- Undergraduates with relevant customer support or BPO experience may also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
- Willing to work from our Chandigarh office.
