Job Summary:-A Business Development Executive identifies new business opportunities, builds client relationships, and supports sales growth. They work closely with the sales and marketing teams to expand the company’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify and generate new business leads through Upwork
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
Required skills & Qualification :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
