We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor with excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of converting admission enquiries into successful enrolments and should be passionate about helping parents and students through the admission process. The candidate should also possess strong technical skills and be well-versed in admission strategies, social media, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school's admission process, curriculum, and facilities.
- Convert admission enquiries into confirmed admissions by building trust and providing timely follow-ups.
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, email, and online admission enquiries professionally.
- Develop and implement effective admission strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
- Coordinate and manage admission documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities to generate admissions.
- Manage and promote the school's presence on social media platforms to increase engagement and admissions.
- Organize admission events, orientation programmes, school visits, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare reports related to admissions, enquiries, conversions, and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with school departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Maintain excellent relationships with parents and provide prompt resolution of their queries.

Eligibility
Education:
- Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor in a school is mandatory.
- Demonstrated success in achieving admission targets and handling admission-related activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in school admissions and parent counselling.
- Strong knowledge of online and offline marketing techniques.
- Comfortable using school ERP systems and admission management software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
