Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and proactive SMO Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The candidate should have experience in content planning, audience engagement, and social media growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize social media accounts on:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- Twitter
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories.
- Develop monthly content calendars.
- Increase followers and improve engagement rate organically.
- Write captions, hashtags, and basic ad copies.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Track performance using insights and analytics tools.
- Coordinate with graphic designer & video editor.
- Stay updated with trending content formats and platform algorithms.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of social media algorithms.
- Creative content writing skills.
- Hashtag research & trend analysis.
- Basic graphic tools knowledge (Canva preferred).
- Understanding of brand tone and voice.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling business pages.
- Knowledge of reels strategy & short-form content.
- Basic understanding of paid ads.
- Experience in lead generation through social media.
