Role Overview
The Zoho Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Zoho-based business solutions. The role requires strong expertise in automation, integrations, custom application development, and stakeholder management to improve operational efficiency across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Analytics, and Zoho One.
· Develop advanced workflows, blueprints, approvals automation strategies and scope of work.
· Build complex Deluge functions and custom applications.
· Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Develop and manage API integrations with external systems.
· Optimize system performance, scalability, and security.
· Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.
· Conduct user training and provide technical consultation.
· Mentor junior developers and review development standards.
· Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and solution architecture documents.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills
· 3+ years of hands-on Zoho development experience.
· Advanced Deluge scripting expertise.
· Strong experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, XML, and third-party integrations.
· Experience in Zoho Creator application development.
· Understanding of CRM implementation and business process optimization.
· Knowledge of databases, data structures, and automation frameworks.
· Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
