Telecalling Executive (Sales Support)
Location: Magudanchavadi, Sankagiri TK, Salem dist

Reports To: Sales Admin / CEO
1. Role Purpose
To strengthen dealer engagement, improve repeat orders, support CRO field efforts, and monitor payment follow-ups through structured outbound calling.
This role ensures that no dealer becomes inactive due to neglect.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Dealer Follow-Up Calls
- Call existing dealers weekly as per cluster plan
- Confirm stock levels and expected reorder date
- Capture competitor presence
- Record complaints or service gaps
B. Payment & DSO Support
- Remind dealers of due payments
- Confirm payment commitment date
- Escalate delays beyond agreed timeline
- Update outstanding tracker daily
C. Order Confirmation
- Take repeat orders (where applicable)
- Confirm scheme applicability
- Forward confirmed orders to Sales Admin
D. Lead Qualification
- Call potential dealers (provided database)
- Qualify interest level
- Fix appointment for CRO visit
- Track conversion ratio
E. CRM & Data Entry
- Maintain call log with structured format
- Update dealer master data
- Record reasons for inactivity
- Maintain complaint register

5. Qualification & Experience
- Any Graduate / 12th + Experience
- 0–2 years telecalling / customer support
- Agri-input experience preferred
- CRM familiarity (if available)
- Clear documentation skills
