SHAM INSTITUTE is seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Trainer to train students in hospitality operations, front office management, guest relations, communication skills, grooming standards, and professional etiquette for careers in hotels, resorts, and cruise lines.
Responsibilities
· Conduct engaging classroom training sessions.
· Develop students' communication, soft skills, and customer service abilities.
· Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and training materials.
· Guide students through practical activities, role plays, and interview preparation.
· Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
· Prior training or hospitality industry experience is preferred.
