Job Title: Customer Support Engineer – Field
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support for laboratory instruments. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service
Requirements:
Qualification- Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
Experience :1–3 years of field service or customer support experience
Knowledge of lab equipment (pH meter, lab testing instruments, etc.)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel regularly for field visits.
Job Description;
*Installation & commissioning of equipment
*On-site troubleshooting & repairs
*Preventive maintenance & calibration
*Handle customer complaints & provide quick solutions
*Customer training on product usage
*Prepare service reports & documentation
*Coordinate with internal teams
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai)
