Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival.
- Telephone Duties: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls, as well as taking messages.
- Communications: Handling incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and email correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Filing, scanning, photocopying, faxing, and updating records.
- Scheduling & Scheduling: Booking meeting rooms and managing appointment calendars.
- Office Security: Maintaining visitor logs, issuing visitor badges, and following security procedures.

Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar administrative role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office equipment (printers, phone systems).
- Professionalism: A professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor.
- Multitasking: Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
