An HR Recruiter who manages full-cycle hiring, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating job offers.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and networking events.
- Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess skill and cultural fit.
- Coordination: Partner with hiring managers to define job needs and schedule formal interviews.
- Closing: Manage job offers, handle salary discussions, and assist with onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven work experience in talent acquisition or HR recruiting.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and good organizational habits.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
