About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Junior Telecaller (Inside Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating leads, explaining services, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in handling calls, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases and leads.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture and convert leads.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM/software systems.
- Schedule appointments, counseling sessions, or meetings for senior sales representatives.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Prepare daily activity and performance reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.

- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM systems).

Qualifications
- Intermediate (12th Pass), Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

- Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be an added advantage.
