To serve as the clinical bridge between initial patient inquiry and chair-side treatment. Utilizing your BDS expertise, you will lead the "Patient Journey" by providing high-level clinical consultations over the phone, explaining the necessity of treatments (like Implants, RCTs, or Orthodontics), and ensuring high conversion rates for the clinic’s multi-specialty services.
Clinical & Strategic Responsibilities
Clinical Case Presentation: Review patient inquiries and explain diagnosis and treatment options (e.g., Crown vs. Bridge, All-on-4 Implants) using peer-level clinical knowledge.
Revenue & Growth Leadership: Drive the clinic's growth by managing the lead pipeline and converting inquiries into confirmed, high-value clinical appointments.
NABH Standard Communication: Ensure all patient interactions meet the high ethical and quality standards of an NABH-accredited facility.
Objection Handling (Medical): Address patient fears and clinical concerns regarding pain, duration, and prognosis that only a qualified Dentist can effectively answer.
Digital Workflow Management: Work with intraoral scan data or digital X-rays to explain treatment plans virtually to prospective patients.
Pre-Surgical Counseling: Educate patients on pre- and post-operative care for surgical procedures to build trust before they even enter the clinic.
The "Sujay's Dental Care" Candidate Profile
Education: BDS Degree is mandatory. (Candidates with an MHA or interest in Healthcare Management are preferred).
Clinical Expertise: In-depth understanding of Restorative, Endodontic, and Implant dentistry to provide accurate advice .
Communication & Call Handling:
Inbound Management: Professionally manage all incoming patient inquiries, providing empathetic guidance and clear information about treatments and services.
Outbound Outreach: Conduct proactive follow-up calls to leads and existing patients to explain treatment plans, confirm appointments, and re-engage overdue patients.
Language Mastery: Fluency in Kannada and English is essential to serve the Banashankari/South Bengaluru demographic. Proficiency in Telugu or Hindi is a major advantage.
