RLT Edzaro is a leading Tally Training Institute focused on providing practical accounting and TallyPrime training to students and working professionals. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller Cum Student Counsellor to guide students and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to student leads
- Explain Tally courses, fee structure, batch timings, and career opportunities
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable training programs
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Convert enquiries into admissions by effective counselling
- Maintain daily call records and lead updates in CRM / Excel
- Schedule demo sessions and student appointments
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Build strong relationships with prospective students
- Support admission and enrollment process
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Fluent in Tamil & English
- Good counselling and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle students professionally
