L1 IT Support Executive
Client: Ministry of Finance
Location: Chennai
Working Days: 6 Days Week
Shift: 10 AM – 6 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 IT support for user queries and incidents
- Handle tickets and troubleshoot login, email, network, software, and application issues
- Escalate complex issues to technical teams
- Track and close tickets within SLA timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams and government representatives
- Maintain documentation and follow security/compliance guidelines
Skills Required:
- Graduate with IT/Computer background preferred (BCA, MCA, BSc IT, Diploma, ECE, EEE, etc.)
- English + Tamil communication mandatory
- Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Zendesk, Remedy, ManageEngine preferred
- Good troubleshooting and multitasking skills

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
