Job Title: Telecaller – Driver Recruitment
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecaller to connect with potential auto drivers shared by our Field Recruitment team and convert these leads into successful joiners. The role involves outbound calling, explaining job opportunities, addressing driver queries, consistent follow-ups, and coordinating the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to auto driver leads generated by Field Recruiters.
- Explain the job opportunity, earning potential, requirements, and joining process clearly.
- Engage with drivers and understand their concerns, requirements, and interest level.
- Follow up regularly with interested and prospective drivers to drive conversions.
- Convince and motivate eligible drivers to join the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with Field Recruiters and the Onboarding team to ensure smooth joining.
- Meet daily/weekly calling, follow-up, and joining targets.
- Handle driver queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Update recruitment trackers/CRM with the latest status of every lead.
- Reconnect with previously contacted or inactive leads to generate conversions.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, recruitment, or a similar voice-process role.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Strong persuasion, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and smartphones.

- Number of successful joiners
- Daily/weekly joining targets
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
