Job Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to drive client acquisition for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, communication abilities, and sales expertise to identify potential clients, conduct market research, and convert leads through direct interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in various industries.
- Generate and maintain a client database with key decision-makers.
- Reach out to businesses via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and visits to present our digital marketing services.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of SEO, social media marketing, PPC, and branding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align strategies and optimize lead conversion.
- Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or client acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convince clients effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and lead generation platforms.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and visits.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in digital marketing agency sales is a plus.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
