INDUSTRIAL PROJECT MANAGER Multi-Industry Industrial Projects | Greenfield & Brownfield

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Project Manager to lead greenfield, brownfield, expansion and modernization projects across industries such as Steel, Sugar, Distillery, Thermal Power, Spinning, Manufacturing and other Process Industries.
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution from planning and engineering through procurement, installation, commissioning and handover.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end execution of industrial/plant projects within scope, budget, schedule, quality and safety.
- Coordinate Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process, Utilities and other engineering disciplines.
- Manage CAPEX, project schedules, procurement, vendors, OEMs, EPC contractors and consultants.
- Monitor equipment procurement, delivery, erection, installation and integration.
- Track project progress, critical milestones, risks, delays and corrective actions.
- Coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, trial runs and plant start-up.
- Ensure project documentation, punch-point closure and final handover to Operations.
- Prepare project MIS, dashboards and regular reports for senior management.
REQUIRED PROFILE
- 08+ years of experience in Industrial / Plant Project Management.
- Proven experience handling large-scale industrial, manufacturing or process-industry projects.
- Experience in multidisciplinary project execution, equipment installation, commissioning and plant handover.
- Strong exposure to CAPEX, project planning, cost control, procurement and contractor/vendor management.
- Engineering degree preferred: Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Chemical / Industrial / Production / Civil or equivalent.
- Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera / Advanced Excel will be an advantage.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ
This is NOT a Civil Construction Project Manager position.
Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to building construction, RCC, roads, infrastructure, residential/commercial construction or civil site supervision will NOT be considered.
We require candidates with actual Industrial/Plant Project Management experience involving multidisciplinary engineering, industrial equipment, procurement, installation, commissioning and operational handover.
