Sales Cum Civil Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with excellent communication and technical skills to support our sales team and guide clients through the technical aspects of land and building development. The ideal candidate will combine engineering expertise with customer-facing abilities to build confidence, provide technical solutions, and contribute to successful project closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the sales team during client meetings.
- Explain land development, site planning, building specifications, and engineering concepts to prospective customers.
- Assist clients in understanding project layouts, approvals, and technical feasibility.
- Build customer confidence through professional technical guidance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support project planning and execution.
- Prepare, review, and modify drawings using AutoCAD.
- Participate in site visits and client inspections.
- Support deal closure through technical consultation.
- Learn and apply Topographical (Topo) Mapping techniques where required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma Civil).
- Strong knowledge of construction, land development, and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Topographical (Topo) Mapping.
- Experience in land development or real estate projects.
- Understanding of site layouts, approvals, and infrastructure planning.
- Customer handling and technical sales experience will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a resident of Chennai.
- Candidates residing near Madhavaram are preferred.
- Must own a personal laptop.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
