Field Business Development Executive – Merchant Solutions
Location: Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
About the Role
As a Field Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for introducing the XPANZ Merchant Platform to business owners, identifying partnership opportunities, and expanding our merchant network across the assigned territory.
This role offers excellent exposure to business development, relationship management, retail technology, and B2B sales, making it an ideal opportunity for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals looking to build a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with retail businesses, restaurants, supermarkets, fashion stores, healthcare providers, salons, service businesses, and other commercial establishments.
- Present the benefits of the XPANZ Merchant Platform and its digital business solutions.
- Build strong professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Facilitate merchant registration and onboarding onto the XPANZ platform.
- Coordinate with the onboarding and support teams to ensure a smooth activation process.
- Maintain accurate records of daily client meetings, business opportunities, and completed onboarding activities.
- Represent the company professionally while promoting the XPANZ brand in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly business development and merchant acquisition targets.
Candidate Profile
- Higher Secondary (+2), Diploma, or Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, field marketing, FMCG, telecom, banking, fintech, or retail solutions will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to travel locally.
- Must be fluent in Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and digital platforms.
