Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day maintenance activities of the facility.
- Ensure proper functioning of ACs, lighting, fixtures, and equipment.
- Attend breakdown complaints and resolve issues within the defined timeline.
- Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Maintain safety standards and workplace cleanliness.
- Coordinate with vendors and support staff whenever required.
- Maintain service and maintenance records.
