Package Consultant – Pega (Business Analyst)

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with Pega architects and development teams for solution implementation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Create process flows, use cases, BRDs, and FRDs.
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.
- Support solution validation and clarification during development and testing phases.

Preferred Profile
- Experience working with Pega development teams.
- Exposure to BPM or workflow-based systems.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
