Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive who will primarily drive the company's recruitment activities while also supporting day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and hiring skills along with a good understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions across the organization.
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare recruitment plans.
- Draft and publish job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and final interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and maintain interview calendars.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners whenever required.
B. HR Generalist Activities (30%)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, appraisal letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents.
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
- Coordinate employee confirmation, probation reviews, and exit formalities.
- Support payroll by providing attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining HR compliance.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Maintain HR MIS and employee database.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management preferred.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
