Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple Android applications and the shared backend platform. The role will coordinate Android, backend, and infrastructure teams while ensuring timely releases and effective stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project roadmap, sprint planning, release cycles and timelines.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and demos.
- Convert product requirements into clear tasks and tickets.
- Track project velocity, blockers, dependencies and risks.
- Coordinate Play Store releases and version management.
- Prepare regular project status reports for management.
- Manage resource allocation across development teams.
- Maintain project documentation, release notes and post-release reviews.
Required Skills
- Proven software project delivery experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, ClickUp or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of Android release lifecycle and Play Console.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to coordinate 10+ engineers.
- Good technical understanding of software development processes.
Preferred
- CSM/PSM or PMP certification.
- Fintech/payments exposure.
- Technical background or previous development experience.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
