Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Home Care Coordinator to manage and coordinate home healthcare services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure quality patient care and smooth service operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Nursing Background (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing/ANM) preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Experience in home healthcare or hospital coordination is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate home nursing and healthcare services.
- Assign nurses and caregivers based on patient requirements.
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Follow up with patients to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate patient records and service documentation.
- Coordinate emergency and urgent service requests.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth daily functioning.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
