● End-to-End Ownership: Manage the design process from initial brief in Notion to finalexport. You are responsible for meeting deadlines without "firefighting".
● Zero-Defect Output: Conduct your own Quality Control (QC). The goal is for your manager to provide high-level creative direction, not to fix alignment or spelling errors.
● Technical Hygiene: Build files in the Adobe Suite and Canva that are non-destructive, logically layered, and easily editable by other team members.
● Client-First Design: Translate complex client requirements into "Punchy" and"Engaging" visual narratives.
● Adobe Suite Master: Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
● Canva for Scale: Ability to build high-quality templates for rapid social media ployment.
● AI-Augmented Workflow: Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Mid journey, ChatGPT for brain storming) to accelerate output without sacrificing quality.
● Asset Management: Strict adherence to folder structures and naming conventions within our file management system.
