Role and Job(Optional):
Field Customer Support Engineer
- To install, service, and maintain hospital furniture and patient mobility devices.
- Install & commission hospital beds, ICU beds, stretchers, wheelchairs, and mobility systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical systems
- Repair motors, actuators, hand controls, frames, wheels and braking systems
- Perform preventive maintenance at hospitals & care centres
- Train hospital staff on safe use and basic troubleshooting
- Respond to service calls and ensure fast resolution
- Maintain service records and spare-part usage reports
Experience: 1–3years of experience in medical devices, hospital furniture, or service engineering
