Aryan Institute of Engineering and Technology is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Sports Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports education, with the ability to inspire and motivate students to excel in various sports activities. The Sports Teacher will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship among our students.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sports curriculum that aligns with the institute's educational goals.
- Design lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and skill levels of students.
Instruction and Coaching:
- Conduct engaging and skill-focused sports classes for students.
- Provide effective coaching in a variety of sports, ensuring students develop both technical skills and a love for physical activity.
- Organize and supervise sports events, competitions, and inter-school tournaments.
Student Development:
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and respect.
- Identify and nurture talent, providing additional support and training for promising athletes.
- Conduct regular assessments to track individual student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Facility Management:
- Ensure proper maintenance of sports equipment and facilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to organize and coordinate the use of sports facilities for events and practices.
Community Engagement:
- Collaborate with local sports organizations and clubs to enhance extracurricular opportunities for students.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and awareness programs to promote the importance of physical fitness and sports.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and any incidents related to sports activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and participation in sports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Education or a related field.
- Relevant experience in teaching and coaching sports at the school or college level.
- Knowledge of a variety of sports and the ability to teach multiple disciplines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
