Job Purpose
Design, develop, and implement PLC and SCADA control logic, HMI graphics, and data communication for process automation in water infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop PLC logic, interlocks, and process control sequences.
- Design and configure HMI/SCADA screens (Wonderware, iFIX, WinCC, Citect, etc.).
- Set up data logging, trending, alarms, and historical data archiving.
- Configure communication protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC).
- Integrate field devices, RTUs, and instrumentation signals into PLC/SCADA.
- Conduct FAT testing, troubleshoot code issues, and document revisions.
- Prepare tag list, control narratives, and configuration backups.
- Support commissioning team during site integration and testing.
Qualification & Experience
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics.
- Experience: 5–10 years in PLC & SCADA programming for WTP/STP or process plants.
- Preferred Tools: Siemens TIA Portal, Schneider EcoStruxure, Allen-Bradley Studio 5000, iFIX, WinCC.

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
