Who We’re Looking For:
We are hiring Basic LED Technician Trainees – enthusiastic individuals who are willing to learn, travel, and grow with us. Freshers are welcome, and full training will be provided to selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading & Unloading: Safely lift, load, transport, and unload LED panels, trusses, cables, and AV equipment. Assist in dismantling and packing equipment after events.
- On-Site Technical Support: Assist in the installation of LED walls, wiring, looping, and connection setups. Support the technical team in testing, configuring, troubleshooting, and basic repair activities under supervision.
Growth Opportunities:
- Hands-on training in LED setup, wiring, and structure building.
- Opportunity to develop technical expertise and advance into senior technician roles.
- Potential to grow into Lead Technician or Team Lead positions based on performance.
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for events across locations.
- Physically fit and able to handle equipment safely.
- Eager to learn and grow in the AV technology field.
