We are looking for polished, service-oriented Concierge Executives to join a prestigious luxury hospitality environment in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling discerning guests and delivering personalised, high-quality service.
Candidates with experience specifically at The Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai – Palace Wing will be preferred.
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional and personalised approach.
- Handle guest requests, queries and arrangements efficiently and proactively.
- Provide personalised recommendations and assistance with restaurants, transportation, entertainment, shopping and local experiences.
- Coordinate with internal hotel departments and external service providers to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle VIP, VVIP and high-profile guests with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate guest requirements and proactively provide solutions.
- Manage special requests, reservations, bookings and other guest arrangements.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Mumbai's premium restaurants, attractions, shopping destinations and luxury experiences.
- Ensure all guest interactions meet the highest standards of luxury hospitality and service excellence.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion while dealing with high-profile guests.
- Maintain professional grooming, etiquette and communication at all times.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Prior experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office or Guest Services within a luxury hotel.
- Candidates with experience at Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai – Palace Wing will be strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and guest-handling skills.
- Experience handling VIP/UHNI/VVIP guests is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of Mumbai's luxury hospitality, dining, entertainment and lifestyle offerings.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- A polished, well-groomed and professional personality.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

2–5+ years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality, preferably with a reputed 5-star hotel.
Strong preference: Candidates currently working or previously associated with Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai – Palace Wing in Concierge, Guest Relations or a closely related guest-facing role.
