We are looking for an experienced and skilled Architect with 3–4 years of practical experience in architectural planning, designing, project costing, site supervision, and complete project execution.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling projects from conceptual design and working drawings to site execution and final handover. The candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, construction standards, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural plans, working drawings, construction drawings, and site layouts.
- Develop professional 2D & 3D architectural designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
- Prepare project costing, BOQs, estimates, and quantity calculations.
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise ongoing construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, civil engineers, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and execution as per approved drawings.
- Manage project documentation, reports, drawing revisions, approvals, and records.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their requirements and recommend practical design solutions.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable building bye-laws, safety regulations, construction standards, and project specifications.
- Identify and resolve design and site execution issues.
- Handle multiple architectural/construction projects simultaneously.
- Take responsibility for complete project execution from concept and planning to final handover.
