Execute and supervise HVAC and Clean Room projects at site.
· Manage installation of AHUs, Chillers, VRF systems, ventilation systems, piping, GI/SS ducting and insulation.
· Supervise Clean Room panel installation, doors, windows, ceilings, pass boxes, air showers, and related accessories.
· Read and interpret HVAC, MEP, GA, SLD drawings.
· Plan daily site activities and monitor project progress as per schedule.
· Manage supervisors, subcontractors, and skilled manpower.
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
· Ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and installation procedures.
· Implement and monitor site safety practices and conduct toolbox talks.
· Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, material reconciliation, and project documentation.
· Coordinate material planning, inspections, testing, and project commissioning.
· Resolve site execution issues and ensure timely project completion.
