Supplier / Buyer Acquisition Executive – Packaging B2B Portal

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Supplier / Buyer Acquisition Executive to join our Marketing & Client Outreach team. In this field-facing role, you will proactively reach out to packaging manufacturers across India, schedule and conduct in-person meetings, present Kypson.com — our exclusive B2B portal for the global packaging industry — and guide them through the entire listing and onboarding process. This is a high-impact, on-the-ground business development role for a self-starter who is confident, persuasive, and passionate about the packaging industry. Candidates with prior experience in B2B portal sales or onboarding — particularly with platforms such as IndiaMart, TradeIndia, or similar industry-specific portals — will be given strong preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research prospective packaging manufacturers / buyers through directories, trade networks, and field intelligence
- Schedule and conduct in-person appointments with packaging manufacturers / buyers
- Deliver compelling presentations on Kypson.com — explaining the portal’s value proposition for the global packaging industry
- Persuade and convert prospects to list their company on the Kypson.com B2B portal
- Guide suppliers / buyers through the complete portal registration and profile setup process
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and timely activation
- Maintain accurate daily visit logs, prospect pipelines, and onboarding status reports
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with packaging manufacturers and industry contacts
- Achieve monthly targets for new supplier / buyers registrations and successful portal listings
- Provide market feedback and share insights on manufacturer sentiment to help improve the portal’s go-to-market strategy
Key Skills Required:
- Strong field sales and business development mindset with a target-oriented attitude
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to confidently pitch to senior decision-makers
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Basic familiarity with the packaging industry — materials, product types, and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
- Well-organised with the ability to manage a territory, plan daily schedules, and prioritise prospects efficiently
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally for field visits on a regular basis
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant fieldExperience: 2–4YearsPreferred: Min. 2 years in field sales or onboarding with a B2B / industry-specific portal (e.g. IndiaMart, TradeIndia, Exporters India) will be given strong preference
