KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and grow official pages across Meta, X, and YouTube; plan and publish content aligned to campaign calendars
Run social listening to track sentiment, competitor narratives, and emerging conversations
Lead community management on sensitive campaigns; escalate reputation threats or sentiment spikes
Track KPIs (reach, engagement, growth) and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports
Support paid amplification and coordinate with Copywriter, Designer, and Video Editor on content optimisation
REQUIRED SKILLS
Social media & page administration, community management, social listening, content scheduling, analytics, crisis escalation — backed by strong communication, attention to detail.
LANGUAGES & KPIS
Languages: English & Konkani mandatory; Hindi & Marathi preferred
Key KPIs: Follower growth, engagement rate, response time, publishing consistency, crisis turnaround
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
