Job Purpose
The CSR Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring impactful Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives aligned with organisation's core pillars of Education, Employment, and Entrepreneurship. This role involves managing relationships with corporate donors, supervising field-level project execution, ensuring strict regulatory compliance under the Companies Act, and driving sustainable social and economic outcomes in target communities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Public Policy, Sustainability, Development Studies, or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in CSR/Sustainability.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in managing CSR projects, corporate fundraising, or running large-scale social development programs in India.
- Sector Network: A strong existing network among corporate CSR heads, foundations, and public sector undertakings is highly desirable.

- Cross-Functional Liaison: Proven ability to navigate conversations smoothly between high-level corporate boardrooms and grass-roots community stakeholders.
- Analytical Ability: Experience tracking field data, analyzing socio-economic metrics, and turning complex field data into transparent, scannable corporate reports.
