Consultant SAP HCM
Reports to Solution Architect
Education
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Management mandatory
Master Degree in Engineering or Management preferred
Experience and Qualifications
5 to 8 years of overall SAP HCM experience including at least 1 end to end implementation
Strong exposure to India Payroll processes and statutory compliance
Experience in Banking or Public Sector industries preferably within Technology ITES Shared Services or Banking organizations
SAP HCM certification is an added advantage
Knowledge of HR domain processes will be considered a plus
Responsibilities
Analyze and document client HR and payroll processes in detail
Prepare Business Blueprint propose optimal solutions and secure client sign off
Configure SAP HCM modules OM PA PY India Payroll Time ESS MSS to meet business requirements
Create modify and interpret Time Schemas and PCRs
Configure Absences Attendances Work Schedules Holiday Calendars and Absence Quotas standard and customized
Set up Wage Types and define their characteristics for payroll processing
Ensure compliance with India Payroll statutory requirements PF ESI PT Income Tax Bonus Gratuity
Knowledge of BRF plus functionality is an added advantage
Conduct training sessions for HCM modules and coordinate UAT sign off
Prepare Functional Specifications for ABAP developments
Perform testing for new changes enhancements and bug fixes
Proficient in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
