Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track service requests, complaints, and job cards.
Coordinate with customers for product pickup, delivery, and status updates.
Schedule service activities and assign tasks to technicians.
Maintain proper records of service data and reports.
Ensure TAT (Turnaround Time) is met for all service cases
