About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Operations Executive to manage end-to-end logistics and warehouse coordination for our USA operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with US-based clients, carriers, and warehouse systems, and will be comfortable working night shifts to align with US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations for the USA region.
- Coordinate with US-based warehouses, carriers, and 3PL/4PL partners for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Track and monitor shipments, ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and resolve transit exceptions.
- Handle inventory management, stock reconciliation, and warehouse space planning.
- Coordinate with US freight carriers (LTL/FTL/parcel) for booking, rate negotiation, and tracking.
- Manage documentation such as BOLs (Bill of Lading), POD (Proof of Delivery), packing lists, and customs paperwork (if applicable).
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and warehouse turnaround time.
- Liaise with US clients/vendors/customers via calls and emails to resolve logistics issues in real time.
- Use WMS/TMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) to manage orders and shipments.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and share operational updates with stakeholders.
- Handle escalations related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.
- Ensure compliance with US logistics regulations and internal SOPs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory: Prior experience handling USA logistics/warehouse/supply chain operations (voice/non-voice process).
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- 1–4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, freight coordination, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of the US freight/carrier ecosystem (UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL carriers, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills — must be confident on calls/emails with US clients.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and exposure to WMS/TMS/ERP tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work night shifts consistently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a BPO/KPO or logistics company supporting US clients.
- Familiarity with customs documentation and cross-border shipping (US domestic/international).
- Prior experience with tools like SAP, Oracle WMS, NetSuite, or similar warehouse/logistics platforms.

Pay: ₹55,511.45 - ₹65,867.89 per month
