Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving vehicle sales targets by assisting walk-in customers, generating enquiries, conducting product demonstrations, arranging test rides, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Handling
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
- Conduct product presentations and test rides.
- Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and visits.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and deliveries.
Lead Generation
- Generate leads through field activities, references, events, and campaigns.
- Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and outdoor promotional activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, institutions, and businesses.
Documentation & Finance Coordination
- Assist customers with booking formalities and documentation.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan and insurance processing.
- Ensure timely collection and submission of customer documents.
Vehicle Delivery
- Coordinate vehicle registration and delivery processes.
- Ensure smooth vehicle handover with proper explanation of features and maintenance schedules.
- Obtain customer feedback after delivery.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers.
- Generate referral business from satisfied customers.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Required Qualifications
- PUC / Diploma / Graduate (preferred).
- Freshers may apply.
- Prior experience in automobile sales will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Negotiation and selling skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
Experience
- Freshers to 3 years of experience in automobile, retail, or direct sales.

- Monthly vehicle sales achievement.
- Enquiry-to-sale conversion ratio.
- Test ride conversion rate.
- Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.
- Lead generation and follow-up effectiveness.
- Accessory, insurance, and finance penetration.
Working Conditions
- Six-day work week as per company policy.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales and promotional activities.
- Participation in weekend sales events and campaigns when required.
Salary: As per company norms + Incentives based on sales performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
