We're looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for our end-users, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
Support Windows OS, MS Office/M365, and basic network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi)
Handle software installations, patches, and antivirus updates
Log and resolve tickets via helpdesk
Troubleshoot VPN, email, and remote access issues
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Requirements
1+ years of experience in desktop/IT support
Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, and AD basics
Familiarity with ticketing tools and remote support software (AnyDesk, TeamViewer)
Basic understanding of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
